Meet the Founder

Jessica Bush, MHA, RN, BSN, CPXP, CAPA, CPC is the Founder and CEO of Real Change RN Consulting. She is a Certified Ambulatory Peri-Anethesia Registered Nurse, a Certified Patient Experience Professional, and a Certified Maxwell Leadership Educator, Facilitator and Executive Coach with over 20 years of leadership and nursing experience.  As a Patient Experience Specialist, her unique perspective allows her to combine expert clinical practice with patient expectations and leadership strategies to create sustainable action plans that actually work. Jessica is real and transparent as she engages the human heart to become alive with purpose, renews the privilege of making a difference and resurrects the spirit of care sought after in the healthcare industry. She delivers inspirational keynote speeches, five-star patient care delivery models, engaging professional development workshops and personalized coaching to propel healthcare leaders forward in their commitment to CARE.

PROVEN PROFESSIONAL

Jessica Bush is a registered nurse with more than 20 years of nursing experience. She has served for the past 15 years as a patient experience improvement specialist developing patient experience models, troubleshooting clinical processes, creating action plans and training professionals how to meet and exceed todays patient expectations. She has trained over 2,500 employees, created dozens of educational modules, written numerous patient education materials and established customer service scores for major facilities that are reflective of five-star program excellence exceeding state and national averages. She sees the process from start to finish, and as a nurse, she knows what it takes to get the job done effectively and meet regulatory standards. She desires to help you help others.  She brings CARE to your healthcare organization.

Certified as an Executive Coach by the ICF Accredited Center for Executive Coaching Program and an Executive Director of the John Maxwell Team, Luisa brings world-class training and tools to guide individuals and teams in leadership development, professional growth, and personal transformation.

    Joanne is an International Coaching Federation (ICF) Professional Certified Coach and founder of Life Untethered Coaching. She is an expert in group coaching and facilitation with 4 decades of experience leading groups and individuals toward personal growth, enhancing leadership skills and radically upgrade their sense of confidence, wellbeing and accessing their inner resilience, with a particular focus on nurses and nurse leaders since 2020.

    Is dedicated to working with nurse leaders who want to move forward in their personal/professional life.     Marlene Sidon, FACHE

    Marlene Sidon is the Principal of Service Quality Solutions LLC. She started her career as a Registered Respiratory Therapist. Marlene is an experienced healthcare leader, with over 30 years of experience in the hospital, ambulatory, and home care settings. She is board certified in healthcare management as a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives, a Certified Patient Experience Professional, and a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.  Marlene has a passion for improving the patient, provider, and team experiences which impact overall healing, wellness, and workplace joy. She understands the clinical and leadership perspectives, which includes the voice and needs of the customer as vital to the improvement processes.

    Kayla Allman

    Kayla is an accomplished project manager and virtual assistant with over four years of experience in large scale conferences, events, and high-level administrative support. Kayla has successfully delivered a range of projects, from international conferences to corporate retreats. With a passion for problem-solving and a strong background in hospitality, Kayla excels in ensuring that all project milestones are met- from managing timelines, budgets, and administrative tasks. She builds positive workforce relationships and ensures that the team is taken care of, tasks are met, and processes are in place to ensure strategic growth for the business. With a degree in Business Administration, and years of experience in project management and virtual assistance, Kayla is dedicated to elevating the business with precision and creativity.
